easily-installable module which gives users access to the uploaded files. It is
similar to the file browser found in the control panel and uses the same customizations

4.0 or above installed. A MySQL database is not required,
unless you choose to use it to store data (otherwise PHP-formatted files
will be used). Installation is extremely simple and does not require
